The itinerary of the excursion:
4.00 pm Meeting with the guide in Fleri (Zafferana Etnea) at New Blue Bar and initial welcome briefing. Departure with vs. car and first panoramic stop at Monte Pomiciaro to admire the majestic Valle del Bove.
5.00 pm Travel by car towards the Grotta dei Tre Livelli, an extraordinary geological formation of lava flow on Etna. Equipped with helmets and torches we will explore the cave, discovering its mysteries between legends and scientific explanations on its formation. At the end, continue by car towards Rifugio Sapienza.
6.00 pm At the beginning of the walking route to discover the Silvestri Craters, extinct craters formed in 1892. Based on your needs and your desire for adventure, you can continue to discover the 2001 lava flow and reach the base of one of the craters formed during that eruption where we will wait for the sunset.
During the walk, children will be able to discover the volcano by playing with experiments, games and illustrations. Family team games and fun, fun activities. There will be breaks for a technical break and a snack.
Please note : the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary based on the meteorological and volcanological conditions of the day.
It is possible to choose the Etna North solution at sunset, in this case the starting point will be Milo.
