Pasta Playtime: Family Edition

A cooking class for the whole family – flour on your hands and smiles on your faces!

A fun and hands-on experience for families who love to cook, laugh and learn together!
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make three types of fresh pasta, with the guidance of a passionate local cook.

Each family will have access to a fully equipped cooking station (one every two guests, or individual based on group size), with fresh ingredients and all necessary tools.

What you mille make

Stuffed fresh pasta – like ravioli with ricotta and mint or seasonal veggie tortelli
Long fresh pasta – such as tagliatelle al ferretto or handmade strichetti
short or shaped pasta – like orecchiette, maccheroni, or malfatti

Time to eat!

Once the cooking is done, it’s time to sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared – a lunch or dinner shared around the table, just like a real Italian family.

Included beverages

Unlimited still and sparkling water

1 bottle of wine every 3 guests (for the grown-ups!)
